How to take a nap in the desert

There are no shortage of ways to take an empty nap, but there are some easy ones.

If you’re not a runner, here are some ways you can take one.

1.

Snuggle up to a cool shade of red.

The sun is just a few degrees away, and when it hits you, you’ll feel a little tired, but you can’t let it get to you.

Grab a warm blanket and a soft ball of yarn, lay down and relax.

2.

Sit on the floor with a cup of hot cocoa and a napkin.

This will help your body cool off.

3.

Take a short nap in a warm room.

This can be done anywhere, from a window or under a tree.

Sit up and stretch your legs.

If it’s raining, take a bath and feel the cold water.
